Cancellation policy
We would like to note that all reservations for the period 23. 12. 2025. – 4. 1. 2026 are non-refundable.
For this period, a 100% deposit is required to guarantee the reservation. This amount must be paid immediately upon receipt of the booking confirmation and is in no case refundable.
